James joined the property industry in October 2016 with a large independent estate agency. Having a strong sales and customer service background he quickly rose through the ranks from Trainee Negotiator to Senior Valuer within a very short period of time winning multiple awards along the way.
His determination, drive and exceptional customer service caught the eye of Nexa and James joined the company in April 2019. The ‘One Agent: One Solution’ concept was a crucial factor in his decision making as James strives himself on delivering a ‘6 star’ service for every Client, making himself available 7 days a week and Nexa’s model allows him to be in control of the whole process from Valuation to Completion.
